01/01/2023 - The Knollteich at Maria-Theresienplatz has become more and more muddy over the last few decades. The restoration began in 2005 - the result is impressive. The Knollteich was completely repaired by HSV Fishing and Casting in 2005. The ongoing flow of water from the Kehrbach (Schwarza) allows the stocking of trout. Fishing in the Knollteich is only permitted with artificial flies and streamers.
