Hiking
The lock in Tildonk is of the "belly shaft" type, so named after the semi-circular recesses in
the walls. The walls of the 18th century lock are still completely authentic almost everywhere.
Together with the lock, the lockkeeper's house was also built,
intended not only as a home but also as a café, restaurant and hotel.
To this day you can still eat and drink in Café Maritime.
