The Gosbach sheep house stood empty for several years and was leased by the Gosbach carnival society in 1969. The carnival society renovated the building inside and used it to store equipment and hold events. The forecourt was graveled and serves as a parking lot. The sheep house is now called the Loidiga Ranch.
