First stop going up from El Puerto de La Fuenfría. From this Otero you can see a wonderful landscape all around, with famous peaks such as Montón de Trigo, Cerro de La Mujer Muerta, Peña del Águila and La Peñota, windy hill, Siete Picos y Cuerda Larga, and, of course, El Pico Peñalara .
