Hours of operation are April 1 to August 31 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and September 1 to October 31 from 8:00 a.m. to dusk. The park is closed from All Saints' Day to March 31st. The Association for the Promotion of the Botanical Garden, founded in 1996, and the Theresienstein Hof e. V. allow free entry.
