    The Klingentor was the southern entrance to Heidingsfeld from the direction of Rottenbauer through the historic city fortifications.
    The Klingentor was demolished in 1852. Today only a coat of arms relief with the imperial eagle and the Bohemian lion reminds of the former city gate.

    As a round defense tower, the Dollturm is part of the former Heidingsfeld city wall.
    The doll tower of the former city fortifications used to house the homeless people in Heidingsfeld.
    The tower gives its name to Dollgasse in the district of Heidingsfeld, which begins here. An information board on Dollgasse is on the right-hand side of the archway.
