A beautiful, short hike from San Pedro de Atacama leads to the Lookout Ayllu de Quitor.
The entrance fee per adult is 5,750 pesos, and for those over 60 it is 3,450 pesos. It takes about 1 hour to walk uphill to the lookout, from there you have a great view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the Andes chain, which is somewhat distant.
