Natural areas:
Along the east side there are natural shore areas with dense vegetation and reed belts. These sections are ideal for walks and nature observation, as they serve as a habitat for numerous water birds and other animals. A circular path of around 3.3 kilometers leads around the lake and takes around 50 minutes. This path allows you to discover the different facets of the Weitmannsee, especially the natural sections in the south.
