The hospital of San Giovanni di Gerusalemme is a complex located in the hamlet of San Tomaso di Majano. Founded at the end of the 12th century by the Knights of St. John of Jerusalem (later Knights of Malta) during the Crusades.

It was a significant stop on the Via del Tagliamento in the ancient Via di Allemagna, which connected Europe to the Baltic countries with the ports of the Adriatic. Today it is possible to stay overnight by leaving a suitable donation.
