At the exit of the town of Koman, after going through a tunnel and reaching the dam, there is a port. Here you can take the ferry, or other traditional boats, to make a journey through the Drin river. Some villages and small hotels are scattered among the steep mountains. The ferry line runs about 33 kilometers between Koman and Fierza, from where several excursions to the Valbona National Park depart.
