The Stadtkirche St. Maria und St. Nikolaus Penzlin (referred to as Nikolaikirche in the Schlie) is a brick hall church in Penzlin in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. The church building is a three-aisled nave with four bays and a square west tower with side halls and a portal vestibule. The church in Penzlin was first mentioned in 1273. The current building dates from the 14th century, the early Gothic southern chapel probably from the 13th century.
