The Mümmelmann children's farm is located near the historically restored village green in Petershagen. The facility is a historic three-sided courtyard from 1870 and offers spaces for recreation, environmental education and international encounter work. A large playground offers children many opportunities to dig, swing and climb, on the barefoot path young and old can train their senses. Many animals have found a home on the farm, including alpacas, sheep, chickens, ducks and, of course, rabbits. A farm shop and a café with a sunny terrace complete the offer for all generations. In autumn 2019, the Stephanus Foundation took over the operation of the Mümmelmann children's farm.
