The rock carvings or engravings at Yerbas Buenas are attributed to the ancient trade routes of caravans. No reliable information could be found about the age of the rock carvings. While tourist information fabulates 10,000-year-old drawings, we received information from a local guide that the age of the drawings was rather mixed - in addition to symbols dated to before Christ, there are "only" hundreds of drawings of years old.
