At an altitude of 1,440 m is Mount Ardal, which can be accessed from the road that leads to San Bartolomé, until the crossroads that deviate to the left. It is a nature classroom located in a forest refuge, whose surroundings were devastated by the fire of 1994, even so, its views are impressive, views of the town and the mountains that surround it.

In addition to the shelter, there is also an adapted recreation area with barbecues, tables, and covered by a porch. A few meters higher, from the geodesic point, the panoramic views are much more impressive.
