In our farm shop we sell our fresh mushrooms, Shiitake chips and Shiitake beer.
We also offer products from local farms and producers.
OUR MUSHROOM CULTIVATION
Our Organic Oyster Mushrooms are grown in a unique way.
The semi-outdoor conditions of our cultivation sheds allow sunlight to enter, which means that the mushrooms contain up to 3 x more vitamin D than mushrooms grown in classic closed cells.
Our Shiitakes grown on oak are of exceptional quality.
