Very nice beach. The way there is a bit difficult though, as you can only get there on foot or with a 4x4 jeep. (There are also 4x4 taxis)

Inexpensive restaurant with beach bungalows right on the beach, but only accessible on sand/gravel roads. You should already be able to drive the scooter well.
