Often the busier part of the trail as it is used by porters and hikers alike heading for Yala Peak 5520m.

A steep, zig zapping and in parts loose trail that eventually tops out on what you expect to be a flat ridge but isn't.

Although the gradient eases a little the flat ridge you are expecting is further on and also less flat than appears from the valley below.

Plenty of rests, keep the layers singular as it can be a warm as this is where the sun will likely first hit you if you have started early
