The official Ostrau hiking parking lot is the central starting point for anyone planning a hike to the Schrammstein viewpoint via the Große Schrammtor, the Wildschützensteig, or the Jägersteig. It is strategically located on the western outskirts of Ostrau, a district of Bad Schandau, directly on Falkensteinstraße. A fee applies. A day ticket costs €5 (as of September 2025).
