Mountain biking
Very nice MTB trail between Gotthard and Airolo and a real alternative for those who already knows the Tremola. But be aware: It is really a mountain bike route, for Reiseradler with luggage rather not suitable.

Mountain biking
Sensationally beautiful tour. In the up direction (Airolo - Gotthard) hardly mobile, very steep. Down (Gotthard - Airolo) from the Gotthard Pass, first a few more meters of altitude on a lot of asphalt. Then wide alpine farm path. The last third very steep and rocky, S1 - S2.
