Aerwinkel Castle in Posterholt, Limburg, was first mentioned in 1544, and was probably a farm. It is not known when the house disappeared at that time. In 1854, the current country house was built by Pierre Cuypers on behalf of P.M. Geradts. This country house has the status of a national monument.

There is now also a catering facility called the Gasterij. Cosy terrace.

Only open on Sundays between 11:00 and 16:00
