Historic Water Tower Bretzenheim (Nahe)

“The water tower, built in 1879, which can still be seen from afar, is located in the park of the von Plettenberg family. Its height is 20 m and its capacity is 40,000 liters. At the time when it was still in use, it supplied the entire site of the von Plettenbergs, formerly Puricelli, with running water through the fall pressure. The basic building material is sandstone. For the decoration of windows and roof terrace cast iron, from the Puricelli iron foundry in Rheinböllen.
