The Heinrich Hertz Tower is a 276.5 meter high television tower in Hamburg-St. Pauli, which is mainly used to broadcast radio and television programs, is considered one of the city's landmarks and is also popularly known as “Telemichel”.

The television tower, named after the Hamburg-born German physicist Heinrich Hertz, is a landmark that is visible from afar and shapes the city's skyline.

The television tower, built between 1966 and 1968, is the sixth tallest in Germany. Architecturally striking are its two separate tower baskets for the viewing and restaurant floors as well as the operational floor for telecommunications technology.

Since 2001, the tower has no longer been used by the public as a viewing tower.

The Heinrich Hertz Tower is a listed building.
