A true sentinel of the South Luberon, Ansouis is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful hilltop villages in Provence. It is dominated by an old fortress converted into a pleasure castle in the 17th century and the maze of typical streets and old facades has been lovingly preserved for hundreds of years.
