Tips
The Silberbach rises on the western side of the Velmerstot and flows north towards the Silbermühle. Beautiful hiking trail along the partially deeply cut valley and abandoned quarries. Borki the bark beetle has done a great job here on the mountain massif and finished off all coniferous wood. Beeches and birches are still standing and new mixed forest is emerging.
