The Pretoria Fountain, also known as the "Fountain of Shame", is one of the main symbols of Palermo. The composition of the fountain consists of 48 naked statues depicting deities and mythological figures. An interesting fact is the possibility of guided tours of the fountain underground. It is also interesting that in 1973 the Italian Post dedicated a stamp worth 25 lire to the fountain in Pretoria.
