The children's hospital Good Engels (once started as a girls' orphanage Adèle Grisar, located in the, yes, Albert Grisarstraat) is now a residence. "Good English" was a household name for the Antwerp resident. Everyone knew the beautiful 19th century neo-Gothic castle building. For several years the gatehouse, also called "Kasteeltje" and one of the wings stood empty, so it was decided to build lofts and new apartments with an underground parking garage. In 1998 the children's hospital moved to the Middelheim campus. On the Boomgaardstraat there is still a childcare facility with the name "Good Engels".
