New Promenade Es Llac Gran

From the south, the "Old Promenade" leads seamlessly to the "New Promenade" of the lake "Es Llac Gran" or "S'Estany Gran". In contrast to the old one (which has not been maintained for a long time), the new one is a very well-kept promenade. The path is very nicely paved. There are benches to relax on. The path leads over beautiful small bridges of the canals to the sea. On one side you have the beautiful lake, on the other small apartments or bungalows. Looking across the lake you can see the mountains of the north-eastern foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana in the background.

Here, hiking is easier again, along the paved path with many benches. Some fishermen also use the benches.

A really beautiful promenade. Definitely perfect for hiking and walking.
There are also places to sit if you want to take a break.
