Operated as Badgasthaus Völlaner Badl is located in a charming, idyllic forest location and has a beautiful garden with bowling alley and children's playground. In the house is a lovely house chapel. For the houseguest as well as for the hiker, there is the possibility to enjoy a spa cure like "yesteryear". The Badquelle was discovered in 1815 by physician Josef Oedl from Meran. The bathwater contains a large number of different elements, especially high is the sulfur and iron content. Around 1856, up to 350 guests a year, mostly farmers and citizens of the Burggrafenamt, enjoyed a spa stay of two to three weeks on average to cure their body aches or circulatory problems.
