Here the Wallburgweg crosses the downpipe of the Naturns hydroelectric power station, which is fed from the Vernagt reservoir in the Schnalstal and uses a head of over a thousand meters. In order not to disturb the hiking trail, a small staircase with a viewing platform leads around the pipeline. A very nice vantage point!

The power plant uses a head of 1135 m and is fed by the Vernagt reservoir. It is the largest high-pressure waterworks in South Tyrol. The Wallburgwaalweg crosses the pipeline.
