The Etsch cycle path is around 300 kilometers long and a great opportunity to cycle through the Alps without many inclines. Past castles, idyllic towns and cozy wine villages - this path is to enjoy. This section is separated from the traffic and well paved, so perfect for the road bike.

The Etschtal cycle path
1st stage: from Reschen to Meran
The first section leads from Reschen to Merano. The Etschtal cycle path runs through the Vinschgau and Meraner Land, through orchards, apple orchards and picturesque towns. The destination for this stage is the sophisticated spa town of Meran with its Mediterranean flair.
