The lighthouse J.C.J. van Speijk is one of the oldest working lighthouses in the Netherlands. It dates from 1833 and is named after Lieutenant Commander Jan van Speijk.

The lighthouse is the landmark of Egmond aan Zee and can be seen from afar. It was renovated from the outside three years ago.
