Borghetto is a district of Valeggio. Translated, Borghetto means something like: “small village”. It lies on both sides of the Mincio River below the Visconti Bridge. Borghetto used to be a fishing village. It has become a popular tourist spot. This means there are various restaurants and bars. The water mills, some of which are still in operation, are remarkable.
