During the summer (2018 at least), there is an Otter Walk to Loch Langass (led by the RSPB North Uist) that starts from the Langass Lodge Hotel car park every Wednesday at 10:00 am.

After our walk we were very happy to be able to stop here. There was delicious cake and coffee in the garden. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
