The hamlet "Hof Haina" has existed for about 500 years, the farmhouse museum (formerly Schneider'sche Hof) since 1973. In various rooms there are historical exhibits that show life on Hof Haina and the rural culture. It was also the residence of farmer and mining entrepreneur Johannes Dudenhöfer.
