Road cycling
side streets with little traffic running next to the military area and through an industrial area, the western half has a bike path which you may want to use if so inclined, good asphalt throughout (the longer loop further south in Horsbäck is mostly gravel)

Road cycling
the bike path onward to Karis now has an underpass so you can also just ride through on Fågelsvängen and then across the main road to the new path as well komoot.com/highlight/5637416
