was a bit sceptical when Komoot routed me here but pleasantly surprised, no more route 25 then, continues a bit further west but ends abruptly (hopefully to be continued next year) and then you have to cross some terrain and get back to the main road after all, and some destination signage would be nice though

to be clear, there is no bike path on Ekenäsvägen, but that’s the only logical way to the path itself...

there is now a newly paved bike path on the other side of the railway (cross at the Ärtsvedsvägen underpass) for the eastern end of this segment, probably the more convenient option if you’re heading to or coming from central Karis
