The Côte d’Aisomont is a variant to get up to Wanne. The more well-known and also heavier variant is certainly the Côte de Wanne, located further south.
The starting point of the ascent is Trois-Ponts, the place of the three bridges, at the confluence of the Amblève and Salm. In 2010 the peloton of the Tour de France rolled over here on the way from Brussels to Spa. The first four drivers received points for the mountain classification of the 3rd category. (quäl-dich.de)
