The Rocher de Warche is named after the hamlet of Warche, which lies a few hundred meters downstream on the Amel (Amblève). The Warche, coming from Malmedy, flows into the Amel below the Bellevaux viaduct (E42), just after the hamlet of Warche.

Very nice vantage point. However, the Rocher de Warche is not on the banks of the same, but is already on the Amel, so that you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Amel valley from here.
