The Davidstein is a foundling in the district Mardorf of Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Hannover region in Lower Saxony. He is one of many boulders that were left after one of the glacier forays of the Elster glaciation in the northwest of today's Steinhuder Sea. In 1986, the Davidstein was uncovered during an investigation. He is considered to be over 60 tons at about 2.5 m in height and over 5 m in circumference as after the Giebichenstein second largest foundling in Lower Saxony.

The Davidstein is the second largest boulder in Lower Saxony. However, since it was backfilled after it was dug up and measured, only the upper half of the erratic boulder can be seen.

The Davidstein is signposted on the shore, but a little difficult to find on site. It is actually on the parking lot on the western edge of the Weiße Düne car park. There is a bench and an information board directly on the stone. Due to the location in the parking lot, it is not a nice resting point and is still worth a short detour.
