The brick building with a large dormer house faces the street on the eaves side. Two wicker arched gates flank the middle gate framed by a risalit, above which there is a round-arched window. The facade is designed with a round arch frieze in the gable area as well as on the eaves side above the side gates and in the gable of the dwelling. A figure of Saint Gertrude stands on a console above the window.

For example, the Herriger Gate, which today leads to the neighboring district of Herrig, was called "Harger portze" in 1371 and in the 17th century it was the "Dürener Port"... Source: Wikipedia
