The evangelical Peter and Paul Church is a listed church building in Nieder-Ohmen. A church is documented for the first time in 1233. Since this threatened to collapse in the 1860s and the church bell from 1345 could no longer be rung, it was demolished in 1866. On July 9, 1886, the foundation stone for the new church was laid. The late-classical hall church was built from ashlar masonry in the round arch style according to a design by the district master builder Konrad Schnitzel.
