It's a very nice place for a break. The inner part looks neater than the avenue next to it. I assume they close the courtyard at night because it's cleaner. Except for this fence, all garden benches stink like toilets. Maybe it's because the park is next to the train station and the homeless sleep there. So better sit inside in the yard.
