The listed building is located in the center on the Spree Island, Burgstrasse 9, near the Kreuzkirche. It is no longer used for residential purposes. It was named after its last resident, Mrs. Sonntag. Since 2015, the association Interessengemeinschaft SONNTAGSCHES HAUS SPREMBERG e.V. has been looking after the cultural use of the house. The house has long been included in city tours. It is opened for viewing on special occasions and on request.
