Bolmen is Sweden's tenth largest lake. It is located in the southwest of Småland and is divided into the four municipalities of Ljungby (southeast of the lake), Hylte (west), Gislaved (northwest) and Värnamo (northeast). It is said that Bolmen has 365 islands, one for each day. In reality there are probably a few more. The largest island is Bolmsö.
