Moderate climbs is a relative term. As an older semester you depend on a bergtaugliche circuit. And if you drive with the motto "in the peace lies the power", it is possible. With the Ebike, the track is also renternertauglich. Rather, the brakes and driving skills on the descent could be a snare. If you want to go to the Despetal via the Hildesheim Forest without much effort, you should rather drive over Diekholzen. Either the Südwald to Petze, or the old railway line to Barfelde. If in doubt follow the "official" cycle paths.
