Hiking

A 15-storey building was placed on the foundation of the 22 m high bunker, which is located on a traffic island. Five floors on top of each other are combined to create three sections, which are twisted against each other in their oval floor plan and point in different directions. The lower section faces the nearby green area, the middle section faces the Ruhr University and the upper section faces the high-rise buildings in the city centre. Each of the three five-storey sections is the same height as the air raid shelter it is built over.
