The romantic and natural Körbersee can be completely surrounded on a well-developed hiking trail. The round is about one kilometer long and can be rounded off with a stop in the restaurant of the Berghotel Körbersee. The lake was voted Austria's most beautiful place in a television program in 2017.

The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Hiking

The Körbersee lies in the Lechquellengebirge at an altitude of 1,654 meters and can only be reached on foot. It is characterized by its excellent water quality. However, it is a bit fresh for bathing: the water in the lake does not reach a cool 14 degrees Celsius even on hot summer days.
