On this section you have a wonderful view over the Kiel Fjord to the other side of the coast with the submarine and the Naval Memorial of Laboe. At the narrowest point, only 1 km wide, Friedrichsorter Enge, you can see the entrance to the harbor and the Kiel Canal. The lighthouse of Friedrichsort greets sailors and hikers here.
