The barefoot senses path has 17 stations and is 1.5 kilometers long. It opened in July 2022. The shady path invites visitors to learn about the forest and nature in a playful way. The Fichtelberg forestry company was responsible for the construction work. At the stations there are balancing beams, a walk-in moat, musical instruments made of stone and wood, touch areas with surfaces made of various natural materials, creative stones for building and constructing, and a spiked tree to climb around.
