The criminals and other thieves who were
arrested were to be handed over to the justice of
Dalhem. Le Drossard then judged them and,
in some cases had them executed.
Then they were taken along a path that took
the name of “Chemin des Thieves” for the
drive to Fouron-le-Comte where stood
the execution gibbet at Kinkenberg. The towns
